Job Overview

Sourcing Sathi is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive & Product Listing Specialist to manage online product listings, pricing, and catalog management across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, or Shopify, and possess strong analytical, coordination, and content management skills to ensure product visibility, accuracy, and performance optimization.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to enhance product reach, improve conversion rates, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
• Write clear, SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and bullet points for product pages.
• Upload and maintain product images, specifications, and pricing.
• Manage product inventory, stock levels, and order synchronization.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional listings, ads, and offers.
• Track and analyze product performance, sales, and keyword ranking.
• Handle daily e-commerce operations, including order processing and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and quality standards.
• Monitor competitor pricing and implement pricing strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or product listing.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or Shopify.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and catalog management.
• Understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and digital merchandising.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle a large volume of SKUs efficiently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital marketing tools or PPC campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
• Understanding of product categorization and brand compliance.
