E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented eCommerce interns to join our team and support our online marketplace operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in product listing, inventory management, and digital sales channels, perfect for candidates interested in eCommerce, digital marketing, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy).
• Upload product images, write compelling titles, SEO-friendly descriptions, and bullet points to enhance product visibility.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to update stock levels and product availability promptly.
• Monitor and manage marketplace dashboards to track orders, returns, and customer reviews.
• Assist in updating pricing, promotional offers, and product categorization.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns and customer engagement strategies on eCommerce platforms.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, listing quality, and competitor analysis.
• Support general administrative work related to online sales and marketplace management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current enrolment in a BBA, commerce, marketing, or related degree program is preferred.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and online retail ecosystems.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital sales environment.
