E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence in the agricultural equipment sector. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, online sales channels, digital marketing activities, and customer interactions to boost our brand visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (company website, Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
• Create and update product descriptions, specifications, and images for agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock availability online.
• Process online orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest growth strategies.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, Google Ads, and social media promotions.
• Conduct competitor analysis to improve product positioning and pricing.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align online strategies with offline business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in manufacturing or agricultural products.
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery/equipment will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-commerce management tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with B2B e-commerce portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia).
• Knowledge of agricultural market trends and seasonal sales patterns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
