E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Executive to manage our online business operations across marketplaces like Amazon, own website, Flipkart, and Meesho. The ideal candidate will handle product uploads, optimize listings, manage orders, coordinate with customers, and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Product & Sales Management: Upload and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and sales. Track product performance and strategize to boost sales. Order & Customer Handling: Manage day-to-day order processing, from order confirmation to delivery. Call customers for order confirmation, delivery updates, and feedback. Handle Return to Origin (RTO) and Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) by coordinating with customers and logistics partners. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly. Marketplace & Portal Management: Monitor and update inventory across e-commerce platforms. Track seller performance metrics on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Ensure timely resolution of account health issues and maintain compliance with platform policies. Data & Reporting: Maintain sales, inventory, and order reports in Excel (must have Excel or MSCIT certification). Generate weekly and monthly reports for management review. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience in managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis). Familiarity with online marketplace algorithms and ranking strategies. Good communication skills for customer and vendor coordination. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently. Knowledge of order fulfillment processes, RTO & NDR handling.
