E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listings and Maintenance:
• Create, update, and optimize product listings on ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Ensure all listings have complete, accurate, and SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and images.
• Regularly audit listings to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
• Order Processing and Shipment Coordination:
• Create and manage shipments on ecommerce portals.
• Coordinate with external partners, warehouses, and logistics teams for smooth inventory movement and timely dispatch.
• Maintain shipment records and trackers for visibility and accuracy.
• Raise and follow up on tickets, SPF claims, and discrepancy claims related to shipments.
• Create and manage removal orders as required.
• Account Health and Performance Monitoring:
• Regularly check and maintain account health on Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring adherence to performance standards.
• Monitor buyer messages and ensure all necessary updates or actions are communicated to the respective teams.
• Track reviews, ratings, and feedback across all platforms.
• Maintain “Voice of Customer” data — consolidate review and feedback insights and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management to take corrective actions.
• Inventory and Stock Management:
• Monitor stock levels across platforms and warehouse locations.
• Coordinate with the supply team for timely replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Maintain and update inventory records on a regular basis.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and update trackers for shipments, claims, listings, and platform performance.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports covering sales trends, inventory status, account health, and customer feedback insights.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Accounts, Quality, and After-Sales for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with external partners and service providers for logistics and operational activities.
• General Support:
• Provide regular operational updates to the Ecommerce Head.
• Perform other ecommerce-related tasks as assigned to ensure seamless daily functioning.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
