Monitor and analyze site performance, user behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities 5. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers 6. Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries in coordination with the logistics and customer service teams 7. Collaborate with digital marketing teams for SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns 8.
