E-Commerce Executive

As a Customer Service Agent at Hashboosh Designs Private Limited, an IIMK incubated StartUp located near Kakkanad, you will play a crucial role in addressing and resolving customer queries to ensure their satisfaction. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media. - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and refunds. - Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency. - Update and maintain accurate records in our system. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. - Monitor and report common customer issues for continuous improvement. No previous work experience is required for this position, making it suitable for freshers as well. The educational qualification needed is a Bachelor's degree.
