We are hiring an E-Commerce Executive to manage daily order operations and customer communication. The ideal candidate should be responsible, fast, and confident in handling calls and basic online tasks. Key Responsibilities: Call customers to confirm COD/Prepaid orders Update order details in the system after confirmation Create shipments using courier aggregator portals (Shiprocket, Nimbus, etc.) Schedule pickups and ensure orders are dispatched on time Reply to customer queries on WhatsApp, call, SMS, email Track shipments and handle return/failed delivery cases Maintain order sheets and basic data entry Provide daily update of processed orders Required Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi/English) Confident in calling customers Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email) Experience with any courier portal is a plus Ability to manage multiple orders and maintain accuracy Eligibility: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred) Immediate joining preferred Must be comfortable with office-based work What We Offer: Fixed salary + incentives (based on performance) Friendly team & supportive environment Training for courier portals and order management Stable long-term job with growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
