Role Overview: As an E-Commerce Executive in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating online orders, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and upholding the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and dynamic approach will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end online order process, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. - Monitor and manage delivery agents to guarantee the proper execution of their duties. - Ensure all products are delivered to customers within the stipulated timeframe. - Maintain strict quality control standards for products dispatched and delivered. - Promptly resolve customer issues, including delivery delays or product quality concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency. - Track and analyze key performance metrics for delivery operations and recommend improvements. - Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and any operational discrepancies.
