We are seeking an E-commerce Executive to oversee our online sales processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing orders, handling customer communications, and maintaining product listings. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the e-commerce field. ✨ Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end processing of e-commerce orders. Create, update, and manage product listings on our e-commerce platforms. Respond to customer emails and queries in a timely and professional manner. Handle customer communication effectively, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Perform basic data entry, maintain records, and manage reports using MS Excel.
