As an E-commerce Executive at DevelopTech IT Solution, you will be responsible for managing online sales and enhancing the growth of the e-commerce business. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, complaints, orders, and shipments to ensure a smooth buying experience. You will also utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, monitor customer feedback, and stay updated with industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
