Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Strategy & Performance Management:

Develop and execute strategies to optimize Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns, and overall marketplace performance.

Analyze competitor performance using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Brand Analytics.

Track KPIs such as ACOS, CTR, CVR, TACOS, and ROAS to maximize profitability.

Implement data-driven strategies to enhance organic rankings and sales.

Amazon PPC & Advertising:

Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including bid optimization, keyword targeting, and budget allocation.

Optimize Exact, Broad, and Phrase Match campaigns for efficiency.

Monitor Ad Attribution Windows for Seller and Vendor Central to improve ad spend efficiency.

Implement Day-Parting strategies using Hourly Level Reports for bid optimization.

Competitor & Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks.Utilize tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and SellerApp to assess product viability and pricing strategies.

Continuously track and improve P&L performance to ensure profitability while scaling accounts.

Operations & SOP Management:

Create and implement Daily, Weekly, and Monthly SOPs to ensure streamlined eCommerce operations.

Maintain and analyze Performance Trackers, Campaign Reports, and Competitor Price Comparisons.

Lead client servicing efforts, addressing concerns related to low sales and campaign performance.

Optimize inventory management strategies to avoid stockouts and overstocking issues.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years in eCommerce management, preferably in Amazon operations and advertising.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skillset:Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and Competitor Analysis.

Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Data Studio (Looker), and Amazon Brand Analytics.

Expertise in SOP creation for eCommerce operations.

Ability to manage revenue (P&L) responsibilities while ensuring scalability and profitability.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets Automation, and CRM tools.
