Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the process of fulfilling online orders in an eCommerce despatch operations role. This involves overseeing activities from packing to shipping to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and efficient logistics. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams, managing customer inquiries related to shipping, and optimizing the order fulfillment process. Key Responsibilities: - Process and prepare orders for shipping, including packing, labeling, and generating shipping documents like invoices and packing lists. - Work with logistics partners and courier services to schedule pickups, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery. - Address customer inquiries related to shipping, tracking, and returns. - Identify and implement improvements in the order fulfillment process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Ensure adherence to shipping regulations and internal procedures. - Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions. - Prepare and analyze reports on dispatch performance, such as on-time delivery rates and cost-effectiveness.
