Mad Over Donuts is hiring a E-Commerce & Digital Channel Representative to drive and manage delivery sales across our QSR outlets. The role focuses on boosting sales via platforms like Swiggy, Zomato & MagicPin, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

• Manage daily delivery sales & operations for outlets
• Drive growth through online delivery platforms & campaigns
• Analyse sales data & KPIs to optimize performance
• Coordinate with store teams & delivery partners
• Maintain brand standards across all delivery channels

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Hospitality or related field
• 3–4 years’ experience in sales, delivery ops, or QSR
• Strong knowledge of delivery platforms
• Excellent communication & analytical skills
• Flexibility to work weekends/peak hours
