E-Commerce Consultant

We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates to join our team as E-commerce Support Executives. The role involves coordination, communication, and basic operational tasks within our e-commerce workflow. Key Requirements 1. Hindi Fluency (Mandatory)Candidates must be able to speak Hindi fluently. You will regularly communicate with customers to address queries, provide updates, and support their needs. Ability to handle conversations confidently and politely is essential. 2. Communication With Customers & Vendors The role requires frequent coordination with both customers and vendors. Responsibilities include: Providing order updates to customers Following up with vendors regarding product status, dispatches, and delays Ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and end-users Clear, polite, and professional communication is required. 3. Educational Qualification Graduation in any discipline is accepted. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields, as the job involves basic coordination and tracking. 4. Experience LevelOpen to freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience. Note: Experience in Customer Service, BPO, or Telecalling is not preferred, as this is not a call-center-based role. We are looking for candidates who want to work in coordination and operational support, not purely voice process roles.
