Job Title: E-Commerce Catalog Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Catalog Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho , Nykaa, and more, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Knowledge: Must be familiar with Amazon and Flipkart operations.
• Order Processing: Efficiently manage orders from multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Product Listing: Create, update, and optimize product listings as per platform requirements.
• Reports & Finance Support: Prepare and handle reports for the finance department.
• Return Management: Track, process, and control product returns end-to-end.
• Ticket Handling: Raise and follow up on support tickets, including return claims.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional oral & written communication.
• Market Insights: Monitor account health, ad campaigns, product performance, and market trends to improve sales strategies.

Experience & Skills:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers may apply only if eager to learn and adaptable.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Details:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance)
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
• Work Mode: On-site (Not Work-from-Home)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
