You will update and maintain product listings to ensure that descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and visually appealing. Additionally, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders, transactions, and returns. You will assist with the execution of online marketing campaigns, social media management, and promotional offers to drive sales. Monitoring website performance and user experience, analyzing sales data, and generating reports to support decision-making will also be part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure product availability and process orders promptly and accurately. This is a full-time, permanent job opportunity suitable for both experienced individuals and freshers. The work location is in person.,
