Job Title: Marketplace Ads Manager Location: Gurugram, Haryana. Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Beauty & Personal Care Compensation: 7-9 LPA About the Role: Parul Garg Beauty is looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketplace Ads Manager to lead our advertising efforts across major Indian e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Blinkit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of performance marketing strategies, platform-specific ad formats, and data analytics to drive visibility, sales, and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across marketplaces. Plan and manage advertising campaigns for Amazon (AMS), Flipkart (FK Ads), Myntra, Blinkit, and Nykaa. Collaborate with platform marketing teams to optimize campaign performance and improve conversion rates. Monitor campaign KPIs such as ACOS, CTR, CVR, TACOS, and ROAS to ensure profitability. Adjust budgets and campaign strategies based on performance trends and insights. Align visibility spends and promotional offers with internal and marketplace stakeholders. Prepare actionable insights and recommendations through clear and consistent performance reporting. Conduct competitive analysis and category benchmarking to improve campaign effectiveness. Stay up to date with marketplace algorithm changes, trends, and best practices. Support SEO and PPC efforts to enhance organic and paid visibility. Experience with tools like Helium10 is a plus. Required Qualifications: 34 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketplace advertising. Proven success in managing paid campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, or similar. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights. Familiarity with key ad metrics and performance tracking across platforms. Experience in the beauty or personal care industry is preferred but not mandatory.
