Job Description

General Information

Flexible to work on US Shifts
3 to 5 years of Core experience on Dynatrace platform, preferred to have work experience on latest Dynatrace as well.
IT background on software, application performance monitoring, scripting, Azure Cloud etc.

Dynatrace Mandatory Skills

Dynatrace extensive experience with custom metrics, log events, tagging, anomaly detection, problem analysis, and troubleshooting of platform issues.
Experience in Dynatrace platform setup and maintenance, along with One Agent upgrades.
Expertise in Power Shell scripts, REST API for automating workloads
Experience in configuring Synthetic monitors for API URLs, external websites etc for HTTP monitor and Browser Clickpath monitor.
Experience in leveraging Workflows, Notebooks apps in Dynatrace to fulfill the requirements.
Good Experience on Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) and Dynatrace Pattern Language (DPL) to pull metrics/events
Experience in Elastic Search for storing logs and then exporting to Dynatrace
Experience in setting up Open Telemetry collectors and configuring to exporting logs from Elastic search and other 3rd party providers.
Experience on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and the newly available Dynatrace App for AKS to configure in Dynatrace.
Experience on setting up OneAgent for Azure Web apps, Azure Functions and other Azure services available in Dynatrace
Experience in Dynatrace Automation module extensively to automate tasks wherever feasible, which includes leveraging Dynatrace EdgeConnect App and Service Now Integration for problem resolutions
Experience in onboarding Web applications and mobile apps (Android, IOS) to Dynatrace for real user monitoring including Session replay

Nice to Have

Dynatrace Associate or Professional certification
To have experience on Java Script and Python to develop Dynatrace extensions
To have knowledge on Cisco networking devices like routers, switches, firewalls, F5 load balancers, Pure storage, VMWare infrastructure etc.
To have knowledge on Azure services like Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure CDM etc.
To have knowledge on SQL Server to understand SQL queries use to monitor DB performance
