Dynamics ERP Support Engineer

As a Dynamics ERP Support Engineer at NTT DATA, your role involves providing expert-level technical support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (D365 Finance & Operations, AX) including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales modules. Your responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting and resolving complex ERP-related issues such as performance bottlenecks, integration failures, system errors, and functional discrepancies. - Implementing and supporting user-driven customizations like reports, workflows, and data transformations. - Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the Dynamics ERP system to ensure high availability, minimal downtime, and fast response times. - Analyzing system logs and performance metrics to implement improvements addressing system speed and scalability. - Collaborating closely with business units, functional consultants, and IT teams to understand system requirements and business processes.
