Dynamics ERP Support Engineer

As a Dynamics ERP Support Engineer at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in providing expert-level technical support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, specifically D365 Finance & Operations and AX. Your responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting and resolving complex ERP-related issues such as performance bottlenecks, integration failures, system errors, and functional discrepancies. - Implementing and supporting user-driven customizations, including reports, workflows, and data transformations. - Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the Dynamics ERP system to ensure high availability, minimal downtime, and fast response times. - Analyzing system logs and performance metrics to identify and implement improvements related to system speed and scalability. - Collaborating closely with business units, functional consultants, and IT teams to understand system requirements and business processes.
