The Role

Responsibilities

Develop and customize solutions in Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012 using strong coding skills, COC, event handlers, and extensions.
Design, review, and deliver high-quality Technical Design Documents (TDD) in line with business requirements.
Build custom forms, SSRS reports, and integrations (Data Entities, BYOD, Business Events).
Collaborate with functional consultants for design clarifications and provide technical guidance.
Work on Logic Apps, Power Automate, and integrations with Power Apps/MS Flow.
Drive technical designs for GAP requirements and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Ensure development deliverables meet coding standards, project deadlines, and client expectations.
Leverage DevOps and Team Foundation Server for effective development lifecycle management.

Criteria

6-12 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 full-cycle implementations (current or past).
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O, AX 2012, and latest releases with strong customization experience.
Exposure to integrations with Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Power Automate preferred.
Strong knowledge of TDD preparation, coding standards, and best practices.
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O certifications required.
