If you're a tech-savvy consultant with a passion for CRM and the Power Platform, we’d love to connect! Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to align with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and gather business requirements . Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules for optimal functionality. Deliver training and user support to maximize adoption and efficiency. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and business processes . Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot CRM-related problems. Stay current with latest updates, features, and best practices in Dynamics 365. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6–9 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation and support . Strong knowledge of CRM customization, configuration , and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages). Experience with data migration/integration tools like Azure Data Factory. Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, C# and Dynamics 365 SDK. Excellent communication, documentation , and project management skills . Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams. Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (or higher). Experience with Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) modules. Familiarity with Azure services , cloud computing, and Agile methodologies .
