Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage

  Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

  to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to

  analyze and gather business requirements

  .
• Customize and configure

  Dynamics 365 CE modules

  for optimal functionality.
• Deliver

  training and user support

  to maximize adoption and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of

  system configurations and business processes

  .
• Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot CRM-related problems.
  
• Stay current with

  latest updates, features, and best practices

  in Dynamics 365.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–9 years of experience in

  Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementation and support

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  CRM customization, configuration

  , and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Experience with

  data migration/integration tools

  like Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript, SQL, C#

  and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Excellent

  communication, documentation

  , and

  project management skills

  .
• Ability to

  work independently

  and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals

  (or higher).
• Experience with

  Customer Engagement (CE)

  and

  Finance & Operations (F&O)

  modules.
• Familiarity with

  Azure services

  , cloud computing, and

  Agile methodologies

  .
• Knowledge of

  data security and compliance standards
