As a Deputy General Manager (DGM) in Civil engineering, your role involves overseeing various aspects of projects, particularly in the domain of Villas. You should hold a B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The position is located in Ahmedabad, approximately 25-30 Kms from Shilaj. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning, Scheduling, and Monitoring - Executing projects while ensuring adherence to cost, time, quality, quantity, and safety parameters - Budgeting projects and obtaining necessary approvals - Participating in design discussions and coordinating with consultants and clients - Managing the tender process, including scrutiny, recommendations, contract awards, and execution within tender parameters - Analyzing and selecting equipment with optimized costs in Techno Commercial preparation - Engaging in project management and site engineering - Maintaining accurate site activity records - Leading a team of contractors and Junior Engineers - Selecting contractors for project implementation - Finalizing sample and mock-up approvals in consultation with Architects, Consultants, and Clients - Coordinating site construction activities related to Interiors, Structural, Plumbing, and Utility requirements such as lifts and water plants - Collaborating with the Account section to ensure proper funding for project completion This role offers a challenging opportunity to showcase your project management skills and technical expertise in the Civil engineering domain.,
