Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and procuring construction materials, equipment, and services required for various projects. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, obtain price quotations, and negotiate terms and conditions to achieve cost savings. Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials and equipment at construction sites. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and deadlines. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient supplies for ongoing projects. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities. Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate their performance based on quality, delivery, and cost. Prepare and analyze procurement reports, including cost comparisons, supplier performance metrics, and budget tracking. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on construction sites. Education- B.Tech/MBA(Supply Chain & Operations)
