As a Dy Manager/ Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company, your role involves designing, deploying, and executing business strategies to manage the portfolio effectively. Your key responsibilities include: - Strategizing and identifying drivers to improve persistency within the organization. - Leading the deployment of business plans across various channels. - Developing methods to enhance contactibility and subsequently improve collection. - Taking ownership of renewal GWP and retention targets. - Driving renewal, PY1, and upsell targets across different channels. - Designing and implementing strategies to retain PY1 and ready-to-port customers. - Engaging with stakeholders to agree on corrective action plans for improving persistency and tracking progress closely. - Presenting monthly analysis to Channel head to identify and drive improvement opportunities. - Setting periodic interaction rhythm with sales teams to improve renewals, collections, and retention. - Conducting branch visits to enhance persistency. - Enabling data-based decision-making through data analytics. - Conducting various analyses to identify revenue leakages and taking corrective actions. - Providing insights to sales teams for focus and improvement areas through regular interactions. - Designing and publishing MIS at branch, area, and zone levels to drive retention. - Collaborating with the Central Renewal calling Team to understand customer feedback and develop retention strategies. - Ensuring closure of escalations and providing support to sales on issuance-related queries. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate & Post Graduate qualification, MBA preferred. Experience & Skills: - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Renewals/Sales, preferably managing Banks/Partners.
