Job Description

  • Achieve sales targets as per the annual business plan.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets.
  • Lead the full sales cycle lead generation, pricing, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Track market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with RA, QA, R&D, and Production for samples, documentation, and product qualification.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, manage the pipeline, and support strategic growth plans.

    Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA in Marketing/International Business + Bachelors/Master’s in Life Sciences, Chemistry,Pharmacy, or Business Management.
  • 5–12 years of experience in pharma API / Advanced Intermediates / KSM sales & marketing.
  • Experience working with EU, Latin America, MENA, and Domestic markets, with regionsassigned based on expertise.

  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, business visits, exhibitions, and marketdevelopment activities.
  • Strong customer handling, market research, pricing, and proposal preparation skills.
