DWS COO Division Business Manager - Cost Management & Analytics

The DWS COO Division Business Manager - Cost Management & Analytics plays a crucial role in driving the DWS strategy by overseeing and executing the COO transformation agenda for DWS Group. This position involves managing strategic internal cost projects, leading transformation programs, collaborating with Business COOs, Finance, and Human Resources to achieve strategic objectives, and advising key stakeholders on cost savings and initiatives. The incumbent will also contribute to DWS's cost governance program to meet annual cost targets. As a Technology Initiative Management PMO within DWS COO, your responsibilities include overseeing and administering a portfolio of initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders both within and external to DWS, supporting tracking and reporting activities, and aligning strategic solutions with key teams. The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative mindset, enjoy partnering closely with different departments, and excel in tracking, reporting, and developing strategic solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with CIOs, Portfolio Owners, Domain Architects, and Application Owners to define and implement technology initiatives - Design and deliver management reporting to communicate initiative status up to the management board level - Oversee application ownership/alignment within DWS business areas and drive decommissioning of legacy applications - Engage with stakeholders to drive application compliance and cost-saving initiatives - Create data-driven analytics for cost management initiatives and take ownership of optimization streams - Facilitate team collaboration to generate effective solutions and inspire trust as an Application Estate manager Skills And Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant industry experience - Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Proficiency in data analysis, presentation, and building relationships - Experience with agile software development processes and Enterprise Architecture is beneficial - Ability to deliver results in fast-paced, nonlinear environments with incomplete information The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including industry certifications, parental leaves, healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, and continuous training and development opportunities.
