DVA Engineer for Automotive company Responsibilities

Dimensional Variation Analysis
VIS VSA (Dimensional variation analysis)
TeamcenterVisualization Mockup
Static and dynamic clearance analysis on the whole assembly.
Tolerance stackup analysis of complete weld frame assembly General Assembly of 2W/4W(Considering the dimension tolerances of product as well as the fixture used for assembling it)
VSA output to give final results as PIST (Percentage Inspection Points Satisfying Tolerance) QualificationsBE/B. Tech in Mechanical/Production/ Automotive Engineering Essential skillsSoftware package capabilitiesCatia V5/V63DCSMicrosoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.ASME Y14.5 GDT Standard1D /3D Tolerance stack up analysisAutomotive BIW General Assembly Process KnowledgeDesired skillsExcellent communication skills, and ability to communicate at all levels. ExperienceMinimum of 3-6 years of experience in specific DVA domain- GDT, DVA, Stack up AnalysisShould have experience in Body Components /Interior Trims/Exterior Trims domainsShould have good working knowledge of GDT Tolerance Stack up Analysis.Should have knowledge of 1D, 2D stack up 3D dimensional variation analysis.Hand on experience on Catia V5/TeamcenterHand on Experience in variation analysis software 3DCS CAA V5Basic understanding of CAD and Design for ManufacturingKnowledge of Jigs, fixtures process used in Body Area preferred.
