Duty Officer

As a Cinema Site Supervisor, your role involves ensuring that your responsibility area is well-equipped, operational, and that your team has access to adequate tools. This includes the following key responsibilities: - Keeping the responsibility area clean - Ensuring all POS/Equipment are active - Making sure that the BGM is ON - Checking that marketing collaterals in the responsibility area are in place - Conducting Pre-opening Audi check - Briefing your team members about new releases/new marketing initiatives and monitoring their effectiveness - Ensuring Audis are opened on time and that ESP is available at the Exit to Thank the patrons - Providing 100% assistance to the ESP and being a solution provider to them - Being the first and immediate contact for any customer concerns and needs - Not handling cinema imprest or daily cash drop safe under any circumstances - Maintaining aesthetic visual display/presentation in concession & box office - Ensuring proper FIFO is maintained with special care for fast perishable products - Not accessing or using emails - Maintaining displays, danglers, and all visuals at the candy - Training staff for up-selling, suggestive selling, and in-auditorium (SOS) selling - Responsible for the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations at the site level - Interacting with external customers to ensure value service delivery Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree is preferred - Minimum of 2 years of total work experience is preferred Location: - Khanna, Punjab (Preferred) Benefits: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Work Location: - In-person Ability to commute/relocate: - Khanna, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred),
