We are seeking Expert Trainers for Dumper and Excavator Operator Simulator who can lead high-quality simulation-based training modules for trainees in Cement/Mining sector operations.

Responsibilities:

• Train candidates using advanced dumper simulators covering:
• Simulator orientation & safety rules (Dos & Donts)
• Panel and instrumentation functionality
• Emergency braking, steering, gear selection
• Start-up, shutdown and fluid checks
• Operational troubleshooting under simulated conditions
• Knowledge of Basic manoeuvres, Emergency Stops, Greasing procedure
• Explain core concepts like:
• Power Flow from engine to tyres
• Critical component handling (tyres, torque path, braking system)
• Provide safety briefings, machine walkaround practices, and performance assessments

Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / Certification in Heavy Equipment Training or Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
• 10-20 years experience in dumper/excavator operation with at least 5 years in simulator training

Must-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with simulator operator(Komatsu, CAT, BEML etc.)
• Strong understanding of instrument panels, vehicle telemetry, and DGMS rules
• Ability to simulate practical operations including gear shifts, inclinations, and braking, etc
• Hindi fluency and basic English; good verbal communication
