Job Description

LOCATION: PAN INDIA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solid understanding of the insurance domain, especially billing workflows and integration points.
Design, configure, and develop scalable solutions within the
Duck Creek Billing
module to meet evolving business needs.
Customize key components such as invoicing, billing rules, payment processing, and premium calculations.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and system integrators to gather requirements and build seamless billing integrations.
Integrate Duck Creek Billing with third-party systems such as policy admin, finance tools, and payment gateways.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and QA cycles to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to minimize billing disruptions.
Stay updated with Duck Creek product enhancements, patches, and best practices.
Contribute to process improvements and DevOps practices within the Duck Creek development team.
10+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Duck Creek Billing.
Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Duck Creek Billing modules and components.
Proficiency in C#, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and related tech stacks.
Experience working with Duck Creek Policy or other modules is a strong plus.
Duck Creek certifications (especially in Billing or Policy modules) are preferred.
