Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager for company’s DTY unit located in Silvassa. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process from planning and coordination to execution. Daily tasks include managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, supervising staff, and maintaining machinery. The role requires effective communication with other departments to meet production targets and ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing production planning and coordination for minimum 20 years
• Quality control and assurance skills
• Staff supervision and team management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Technical knowledge of textile machinery and maintenance
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant experience in the textile industry is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field
