DTS Associate

As a Rooms & Guest Services Operations team member at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake, your primary responsibility will be to answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns through various communication channels such as telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices. You will operate the telephone switchboard, handle wake-up calls, and direct calls to the appropriate department. Additionally, you will be required to log all guest requests, relay messages accurately, and follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction. Providing information about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest, as well as assisting guests with internet access and room service orders, will be part of your daily tasks.
