DTS Associate

As a Guest Service Representative at Marriott International, your role involves answering, recording, and processing all guest requests, questions, or concerns through various communication channels such as telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices. You will be responsible for operating the telephone switchboard, handling wake-up calls, and directing calls to the appropriate extension. Additionally, you will need to accurately receive, record, and relay messages, log all guest requests, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction. Providing information about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest is also part of your responsibilities. You may also assist guests with room service orders, menu selection, and internet access.
