Job Description

Text and Image Management:
Import, place, and edit text and graphics.
Ensure high-resolution images are correctly positioned and sized.
Maintain consistent font usage, color schemes, and design elements.
Proofing and Quality Checks:
Proofread documents for errors in spelling, grammar, layout, and formatting.
Check color accuracy, resolution, margins, bleed, and other printing requirements.
Collaborate with editors, designers, or clients to make necessary corrections.
File Preparation:
Prepare print-ready files (usually in PDF or other publishing formats).
Ensure correct settings for printers or online platforms.
Package and archive projects as per company standards.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with graphic designers, editors, printers, and clients.
Interpret and implement feedback and revisions.
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Software and Technology Usage:
Stay updated with the latest versions of DTP software and tools.
Troubleshoot file compatibility and technical issues.
Compliance and Standardization:
Adhere to copyright laws and brand guidelines.
Follow print specifications and digital publishing standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
