Responsibilities:

Prepare and format invoice and packaging materials (labels, cartons, inserts, outer boxes, etc.) using CorelDRAW, InDesign, or PageMaker.
Ensure accuracy in data entry while creating and updating packaging text, batch details, MRP, and regulatory content.
Proofread and cross-check all information on artworks and invoices before final printing to avoid any errors.
Coordinate with the Regulatory, Accounts, and Printing teams to ensure timely approval and dispatch of files.
Maintain and update digital records of approved artworks, packaging designs, and invoices.
Support in preparing final print-ready files and ensure compliance with company and pharmaceutical norms.
Assist in minor design or layout adjustments as per brand and product requirements.

Requirements

Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, and PageMaker.
Strong skills in data entry, proofreading, and layout accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
