DTP Operator

Job Title: DTP Operator Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to create high-quality printed and digital materials using publishing software. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, layout, and formatting, along with excellent knowledge of DTP tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and format documents such as brochures, newsletters, books, flyers, worksheets, question papers, manuals, and reports.
• Use DTP software (such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office) to produce professional-quality layouts.
• Ensure all text, graphics, and layouts meet company or client specifications and standards.
• Work closely with the design team, content writers, and printers to ensure print-ready files.
• Edit and correct grammar, spelling, and formatting errors during typesetting.
• Convert handwritten or scanned content into editable formats when required.
• Maintain a consistent style and format across documents and publications.
• Ensure final materials are accurate and ready for print or digital publication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DTP operator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in DTP software such as:
• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Excellent speed typing skills with accuracy.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and specifications is a plus.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, DTP, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
