Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, formatting, and preparing documents, brochures, reports, and other materials for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, format, and edit documents, brochures, reports, flyers, presentations, and other marketing or training materials.
Work with design and content teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output.
Prepare files for printing, ensuring correct resolution, color settings, and layout standards.
Proofread and cross-check content for errors before final delivery.
Maintain and update design templates and style guides as per company standards.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (printers, publishers, etc.) for smooth production.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a DTP Operator or similar role.
Proficiency in software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, MS Office, and other design/layout tools.
Strong attention to detail with excellent typography and layout sense.
Knowledge of printing standards, file formats, and pre-press preparation.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Good communication and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, Printing Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in design tools will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
