Job Description As a FSG Senior Associate in the Audit team, you will be supporting the Financial Services Group that caters to private equity, hedge fund, fund to funds, and real estate fund clients. Working alongside Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing value to clients and excels in their work. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the engagement lead for specific client accounts - Take charge of pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables - Develop detailed work plans for engagements - Create budgets and schedules - Actively participate in proposals - Supervise a team of staff associates, including interns, offering regular performance coaching and feedback - Earn the trust and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely communication, and clear leadership Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in another public accounting firm - Previous experience in Financial Services industry, particularly in hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, and real estate funds - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with audit software like CaseWare or ProSystem FX - Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written Note: The company has a strong focus on client satisfaction and values effective communication and leadership within the team.,
