Drivetrain Design & Development

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and developing drivetrain parts for automotive e-transmissions. Your primary duties will include: - Layout and packaging of transmission components within the vehicle to ensure optimal performance. - Designing and developing gear train parts to seamlessly integrate the motor/engine with the transmission system. - Creating a forced lubrication system that effectively cools the motor while meeting the lubrication needs of the transmission. - Collaborating with suppliers to develop prototype parts and transition to production-ready components. - Implementing countermeasures to address any failures identified during driveline testing. - Conducting analysis of market issues, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), and assembly challenges related to the transmission system, including components such as the pump, gear train, and thermal system. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of automotive e-transmission systems.,
