Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Driving & Transportation:

Safely drive the Head of HR to and from office, meetings, and other official engagements.
Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
Adhere to all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies.

Vehicle Maintenance & Management:

Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition and report any mechanical issues.
Schedule regular servicing and maintenance to prevent breakdowns.

Professionalism & Confidentiality:

Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion while driving the Head of HR.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Assist with carrying documents, packages, or other official materials as needed.

Additional Duties:

Occasionally assist with errands related to official work.
Provide support during business trips, including airport transfers and travel logistics.
Ensure the safety and security of passengers at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
Minimum [X] years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
Familiarity with local routes and traffic laws.
Ability to communicate effectively in [required language].
Professional appearance and courteous behavior.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and emergency handling.

Preferred Skills:

Defensive driving training is an advantage.
Prior experience working with senior executives is preferred.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle last-minute schedule changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
