📍 Location: Chennai🏢 Company: Magickhome🕒 Experience: 3+ Years📅 Function: DQC / BOQ Validation📌 Employment Type: Full-time________________________________________🔧 About the RoleWe’re hiring a BOQ & Drawing Validation Engineer to join our dynamic OSS (On-Site Services) team. This role is critical in ensuring precision in project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, and quotations, across multiple disciplines such as modular furniture, civil works, and MEP.________________________________________🛠️ Key Responsibilities:• Validate project drawings, BOQs, and vendor quotes for OSS.• Read and assess multi-disciplinary drawings (Modular & Non-Modular KWS, furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing).• Verify the accuracy of quantities for each line item in the BOQ.• Identify design discrepancies and potential on-site execution risks.• Highlight missing components in BOQ/quote and coordinate clarification.• Finalize validated BOQs after resolving design issues.• Deliver detailed, error-free validation reports for stakeholder approval.________________________________________🎓 Qualifications:• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or similiar.• 3+ years of contracting experience (minimum 2+ year execution ).• Strong ability to visualize site conditions and evaluate design feasibility.• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and construction quality.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Prior knowledge of home décor products & services is preferred.________________________________________💼 Why Join Us?Be a part of a forward-thinking team shaping the future of interior execution and off-site project validation.
