We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson to join our Detail Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing precise technical, shop drawings and drafts for architecture, engineering works and interior shop drawings. You will collaborate closely with Engineers, Architects, and Interior Designers to translate specifications into accurate drawings that meet industry standards, building codes, and project requirements.

This position requires strong technical expertise, proficiency in CAD and 3D modelling tools, and a sharp eye for detail. The ability to prepare high-quality shop drawings for interior fit-outs, furniture, and joinery will be a key asset.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Create accurate technical drawings based on specifications, calculations, and design inputs.

·       Prepare shop drawings for interior works, including joinery, furniture layouts, finishes, and detailing.

·       Use CAD software and 3D modelling tools to develop both rough sketches and detailed designs.

·       Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, and Interior Designers to ensure alignment on technical requirements.

·       Submit drafts for review and incorporate feedback to finalize designs.

·       Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and building regulations.

·       Identify and correct errors in designs prior to final approval.

·       Calculate structural dimensions, weight limitations, and material requirements.

·       Revise technical drawings as required throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skill Set:

·      Diploma degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

·      Proven experience as a Draftsman/Drafter, with exposure to interior shop drawings.

·      Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modelling tools.

·      Excellent technical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·      Resilience to manage stressful situations and multiple project demands.
