Draughtsman

As a skilled CAD Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to set up ACAD sheets for drawings using the correct templates, line types, colors, thickness, fonts, and more. You will be tasked with creating various layouts and drawings such as Process Flow Diagrams, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, User Point Layouts, Equipment Placement Layouts, Line Routing, Coordination drawings for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil utilities, among others. Your role will also involve liaising with different departments to gather necessary data for the layouts and coordinating with the 3D Revit team for plant modeling based on the provided information. Identifying potential issues in drawings, collaborating with team members for corrections, and ensuring that the final layouts are clear and legible for on-site reading will be part of your daily tasks. Your expertise in AutoCAD for engineering drawings, experience in plant engineering with multiple buildings, and knowledge of setting up AutoCAD drawings using various templates, lines, colors, and blocks will be crucial for success in this role. Effective communication with team members and the ability to work collaboratively are essential skills required for this position.
