Draughtsman

As a CAD Technician, your role involves preparing 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software. You will interpret engineering or architectural plans to create detailed layouts and update drawings as per design changes or project requirements. Your responsibility will also include coordinating with engineers, architects, and project teams for drawing approvals and ensuring that the drawings comply with company standards and relevant codes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software - Interpret engineering or architectural plans and translate them into detailed layouts - Update and revise drawings as per design changes or project requirements - Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams for drawing approvals - Ensure drawings comply with company standards and relevant codes - Maintain an organized database of all drawings and documents - Assist in preparing as-built drawings and documentation for project handover - Visit sites (if required) to collect data and verify dimensions - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and consistency - Provide technical support during project execution stages Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software - Strong understanding of engineering or architectural plans - Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Effective communication skills for coordination with project teams In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, leave encashment, and provident fund.
