Role Overview:

Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed

  2D drawings and technical drafts

  using AutoCAD and other design software as per project specifications.
• Work closely with the design and project teams to

  develop and translate concept drawings

  into working/shop drawings.
• Understand and incorporate architectural, structural, and MEP elements into final drafts.
• Develop

  fabrication and installation drawings

  for custom interior and architectural products.
• Maintain drawing documentation and ensure all drawings are aligned with

  company standards and client expectations

  .
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams for technical clarifications and drawing approvals.
• Conduct

  site visits

  when necessary for measurements, verifications, and coordination.
• Assist in design detailing and value engineering for materials and production feasibility

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering

  with drafting specialization.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

  in interior or architectural drafting.
• Proficient in

  AutoCAD

  , with additional knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting/design tools preferred.
• Sound understanding of

  materials, joinery details, and interior execution processes

  .
• Ability to interpret architectural and interior design plans and convert them into precise technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
