About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing detailed drawings and documentation for multifamily housing projects in California, strong proficiency in Revit, and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team while aligning with Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings for multifamily housing projects in California.

• Work closely with U.S.-based architects, engineers, and project managers to produce construction documents.

• Ensure all drawings comply with California building codes and standards.

• Create and maintain Revit models with precision and attention to detail.

• Support the design team by translating conceptual designs into technical documentation.

• Coordinate effectively with remote team members and provide timely project updates.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Draftsperson for multifamily housing or similar projects, preferably in California.

Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of California codes and standards is preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Flexibility to work remotely from India during PST hours.
