Job Description

Summary
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Draughtsman/Design Engineer to create and interpret technical drawings for mechanical components and systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Drafting: Create precise 2D and 3D drawings (including elevation drawings) and Bill of Materials (BOM) using CAD software.
Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Collaboration: Work with engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and are manufacturable.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of accuracy, ensuring all drawings comply with industry standards and internal quality protocols.

Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and a strong understanding of drafting standards, including GD&T.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education: Associate's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
